Delete your account & data

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the UAmbassador app and go to Profile → Delete account. Confirm the prompt (and enter your password if your account has one). Your account and personal data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Request deletion by email

No longer have the app installed? Email privacy@uambassador.com from the address on your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account is erased: your name and email, linked platform identities, sign-in credentials, your custodial wallet and its stored encrypted key, and all referral and activity records — referrals, invitations, referral codes and links, reward-ledger entries, payouts, and commission and fee-split records.

What may be retained

We keep only the limited records we are legally required to retain — for example financial and transaction records needed for tax, accounting and anti-fraud obligations — for the period the law requires, in restricted form, after which they are deleted.

Rewards recorded on-chain

$FTR rewards already written to the public Whitechain ledger are part of an immutable blockchain and cannot be erased. Deleting your account removes your custodial wallet and every piece of personal data that links you to those on-chain entries.
